The BioInnovation Institute in Copenhagen has opened a new call for the Venture Lab program, dedicated to startups and entrepreneurial teams in the fields of life sciences, health tech, planetary health, and quantum.
The program supports early-stage projects with a investment of up to €500,000, along with a development path that includes scientific support, team growth, and entrepreneurial training. Selected startups will have access to laboratories, infrastructure, and an international network of experts and investors, with the goal of bringing scientific technologies to market.
Selected startups will be invited to present their project during the evaluation session on June 17, 2026, in Copenhagen. If successful, they will enter the program, with a start scheduled for late August 2026.
To participate, an initial application with the pitch deck must be submitted by April 20, 2026, followed by the complete application by April 26, 2026.
